With the aim of helping employees during medical emergencies and relieving them of financial stress, this new policy is a step towards strengthening the company’s commitment to supporting its employees. The new policy gives employees the option of choosing coverage for family members, that is, parents, siblings, in-laws and same-sex partners in the same plan.
